Bosch Ghana opens another Service Center in Accra

Bosch Accredited After Sales Service Partner

Understanding that Aftersales Service is as important as the choice of a power tool, Robert Bosch Ghana Ltd. has established its first Bosch Aftersales Service Centre in Achimota, Accra (Ghana) focused on efficient repairs and tool maintenance.

“Our focus is to meet the needs of our customers, by ensuring low downtime during repairs and increasing the life span of the power tools which is key to the long-term productivity of the industry”, says Regional Sales Director, Mr. Benjy Ofori.

The Service Center has access to a wide range of spare parts and is managed by two technicians with a 360-degree knowledge of the Bosch professional power tool range. The Service Center offers chargeable repairs as well as warranty handling for all products purchased within the 12-month warranty period. Customers can drop off their tools either directly at the Service Center

In an effort to further boost service availability of Bosch Power Tools, Bosch had already established Three Authorized Service Dealers (ASD’s) namely Raiders, Tema, KUO Ltd, Accra and Empira Trust Ltd Kumasi, to carryout repairs, maintenance and warranty services to customers on behalf of Bosch. Technicians of these partners are trained to offer a professional service repairs to customers.
