Building bridges to emerging markets like Africa is one of the key objectives at Bosch Power Tools. In order to become the brand of choice in African countries, Bosch Power Tools started the so-called Exchange Campaign in Ghana. Main purpose of the campaign is to encourage local customers to exchange their predominantly used hand tools with Bosch power tools. Therefore, brand ambassadors hand out promotional items and acquire potential users by letting them experience the benefits of using Bosch power tools.
