Has anyone else been able to find a good jigsaw/blade combination for cutting PIR insulation board at all?  I hate the dust that a manual saw creates, but so far haven't found a blade I can use in my jigsaw that doesn't wander in 100mm board.

Hi. I have cut 100mm PIR with a Bosch Gst18v Jigsaw & T 344 DP Precision for Wood Jigsaw Blade delivers fast, precise straight cuts in wood. It's increased blade thickness prevents bending. This blade is wider than the other Bosch Jigsaw Blades & doesn't wander! https://www.bosch-professional.com/ao/en/t-344-dp-precision-for-wood-jigsaw-blades-2592739-ocs-ac/ I haven't used this combination with a dust extractor/vacuum but I am thinking of purchasing the Dust Extraction Nozzle for the Jigsaw! I got this blade included with: FSN SA Professional which is: Adapter for guided straight cuts with jigsaws on guiderails It's a really useful system accessory that works with Bosch and other manufacturers Guide Rails. https://www.bosch-professional.com/gb/en/products/fsn-sa-1600A001FS I've also cut freehand with it and the blade cuts really well! Bosch do have other long blades too so you do have plenty of choice
