Bob - can you please explain why Bosch's warranty and return service is so appauling (UK)?  it definetely does not consider professional tradesmen and real life needs.
1 - there is no option to "post" the item. i.e. the only option is for the courier to come and "pick it up". so one should wait all day on one location so that courier can collect the item.... most trades move around within the day....
2 - you are expecting the person to print the label... especially as they are emailed AFTER 6pm....   who owns a printer at home these days? 
3 - how about offering a replacement tool whilst the one taken away is repaired? 

quite poor i am afraid...
