First of all, you have to register for a Bosch ID Doing so will automatically create your PRO360 profile. Once you have signed in to your PRO360 profile, you can register the products/services you have purchased, upload proof of purchase and then select your reward from a list.

If you already have a Bosch ID you can sign in to the PRO360 user profile using the same account details. If you do not have a Bosch ID simply create a new account.

Once you have created your Bosch ID, you will be given access to PRO360, the official service app from Bosch Professional. PRO360 is available both as a desktop and mobile app and makes it possible for you to register tools, extend product warranties, and much more.

A PRO360 profile makes it easier for you to sign up for PRO Deals. When you register your purchases in PRO Deals in order to claim your reward, your products will be automatically registered in PRO360 too, and the warranty for your tools will be extended. Your account details are saved, which means that you don't have to enter these each time, making it easier for you to sign up for future PRO Deals. With your PRO360 profile, you can benefit from our other practical digital services, e.g. an overview of your tool inventory.

With the PRO360 app, you can keep an eye on other digital services, e.g. your registered tool list and the extension of the warranties for your tools.

You can redeem your PRO Deal reward from 1st January 2025 to 31st May 2025, as long as you purchased the promotional item between 1st January 2025 and 30th April 2025.

You are entitled to sign up for the OfficeOn PRO Deal if you have purchased an OfficeOn package (12 or 24 months) with at least one OfficeOn office license within the promotional period.

A company profile is created for every company that purchases OfficeOn licenses. This company profile is linked to a VAT ID and the SingleKey ID of the person who made the purchase. This means that this special PRO Deal can only be claimed once per company and per SingleKey ID of the person who made the purchase.

No. OfficeOn subscriptions are only available directly from Bosch. You can purchase the product on our OfficeOn website either by booking a demoand receiving the link to the payment process from our agents, or you can go to our pricing pageand click "Buy now" to go straight to the payment process.

No. To be eligible for the OfficeOn PRO Deal, the OfficeOn licenses must have been purchased in the participating country. OfficeOn is currently only available in Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom.

As soon as you have signed in to the PRO Deals website, you will be asked for the following details in order to redeem your reward:

1) The invoice you received from Bosch

2) The date on which you purchased the product

3) Your address

It's easy. Simply follow the instructions once you have signed in to the PRO Deals website with your PRO360 account.

You can upload your invoice in JPG, PNG or PDF format (max. 10 MB).

The following details must be clearly visible in the invoice: license purchases, purchase price, invoice date and the e-mail address used for the purchase.

No, you can only redeem one reward for purchasing an office license and on one occasion only.

An invoice is required to redeem the OfficeOn PRO Deal reward. You will receive this by e-mail after you purchase an OfficeOn annual subscription including at least one office license and a mobile license. Please upload the invoice as a PDF, JPG or PNG.

If your selected reward runs out, it will be shipped to you as soon as it is available again. This can take up to 3 months in exceptional cases.

After submitting your reward claim, you will be informed by e-mail of every status update.
