First, you need to register for a Bosch ID. This automatically creates your PRO360 user profile. After logging in to your PRO360 profile, you can register your purchased product, upload proof-of-purchase, enter the net price, and then select your reward from a list.

If you already have a Bosch ID, you can log into your PRO360 user profile using the same account information. If you don't have a Bosch ID, you can simply register a new account.

Your information will be saved under your PRO360 user profile, so you won't have to enter everything again when you participate in future PRO Deals. Furthermore, you can use your PRO360 user profile to make use of our other convenient digital services.

No. As long as you have a PRO360 user profile, you can log in here on the website or in the PRO360 app to register your purchased product(s) and access PRO Deals.

To be eligible for the Starter Set PRO Deal, your purchased product(s) must exceed the minimum value of £719.99 (£599.00, excl. VAT). To confirm your eligibility for rewards, we need you to provide the product's net price (without VAT) in your PRO360 profile.

The Starter Set PRO Deal runs for a whole year and applies when you buy 3 or more Bosch Professional 18V tools in a single purchase. (Important: These 3 or more products must be included in the same invoice.) Our other PRO Deals usually run for only 4 months at a time and apply to one Bosch Professional 18V tool at a time.

The 18V PRO Deal runs from May 2nd to June 30th, 2022. You must purchase the promoted product(s) during this period to be eligible for this PRO Deal. To claim your PRO Deal reward, simply register your product(s) within 4 weeks of purchase and upload your proof-of-purchase (e.g. invoice, receipt, delivery note) clearly stating the initial order or purchase date. The redemption period closes 30 days after the PRO Deal ends.

You must buy at least 3 Bosch Professional 18V tools or kits in one single purchase that exceeds in total a minimum value of £719.99 (£599.99 excl. VAT) to be eligible for this PRO Deal.

Yes, it is possible to register all separate tools as one tool. Please use same SKU (twinpack or combokit SKU) but different serial and baretool numbers when entering the separate tools. It is also possible to combine 18V solo tools, twin packs, combokits and startersets in the registration. Only keep in mind threshold of minimum 3 tools or startersets with a minimum invoice amount of £719.99 (£599.99 excl. VAT)

Yes, you can also purchase a Combo Kit consisting of 3 or more products with a minimum value of £719.99 (£599.99 excl. VAT).

Please register all 18V tools from your kit. You should provide the serial number and baretool number of the tools and the article number (SKU) of your purchased kit.

No. You can buy the promoted products from any dealer or even online retailer. It is just important that you buy the promoted products within one purchase.

You can select your PRO Deal reward right after registering your purchased tool in PRO360 for the first time. Simply provide the product number, serial number, article number, purchase price and upload a proof-of-purchase.

You can easily upload your invoice in the process of registering your tool in PRO360. The file format for your invoice can be a JPG, PNG or PDF (1 page only) with a maximum filesize of 10 MB. Important: The invoice must clearly show the product, price, invoice date and dealer.

If you don't have an invoice, you can upload a delivery note, receipt, or any proof-of-purchase that contains all the following information: products, prices, date and dealer.

Yes. However, your purchase is only eligible for this PRO Deal if the actual total net price you paid exceeds £719.99 (£599.99 excl. VAT).

After submitting your reward claim, you will be informed by e-mail of every status update.

Business customers may participate in a PRO Deal as many times as they like during the promotion period. Private customers are limited to a maximum of 3 participations per promotion.

Yes. After you have submitted your PRO Deal reward claim, you can easily extend your purchased product's warranty to 3 years in the next step. Please note your purchased product must eligible for the 3-year extended warranty in the first place.
