Work Position (see figure A)

If the power tool was used as a mitre saw, you must complete the following steps before using it as a table saw:

• Bring the power tool into the mitre saw work position  see Work Position (see figure A).
• Loosen the locking screw (44).
• Pull the adjustable fence (31) all the way out.
• Retighten the locking screw (44).
• Pull the saw blade cover (66) out of the groove in the parallel guide (61).
• Insert the lower saw blade cover (66) into the saw table (22).
  During operation as a table saw, the lower saw blade cover (66) must cover the lower part of the saw blade.
• Set the bevel angle to 0° and tighten the clamping handle (37).
• Press the button (17) and slowly guide the tool arm downwards using the handle (18) until the transport safety lock (38) can be pushed fully in.
