Actuation systems

Single actuation with safety run

With this actuation system, the discharge lock-off (2) must first be firmly pressed against the workpiece. A fastener is not discharged until the trigger (5) is pulled.
Afterwards, further discharging procedures can only be actuated when the trigger and the discharge lock-off have been set back to the starting position.

Contact actuation with automatic return

With this actuation system, the trigger (5) must be pulled first and held in this position. Afterwards, the discharge lock-off must be firmly pressed against the workpiece in order to discharge the fastener. Further discharging procedures can be actuated by repositioning the tool elsewhere while pressing the trigger (5).
In contact actuation mode, a staple can also be driven in with single actuation.
