Work Preparation

The free end of long workpieces must have something placed underneath it or be supported.

  • Loosen both hex socket screws (41) using the hex key (5) provided.
  • Pull the saw table extension (29) out as far as it will go and tighten the hex socket screw again.

To ensure maximum safety while working, the workpiece must always be firmly clamped.
Do not saw workpieces that are too small to clamp firmly.

  • Press the workpiece firmly against the fence (30).
  • Insert the supplied screw clamp (21) into one of the corresponding holes (28).
  • Loosen the wing bolt (43) and adjust the screw clamp to the workpiece. Tighten the wing bolt again.
  • Firmly clamp the workpiece by turning the threaded rod (42).

You have to move the adjustable fence (31) to saw bevel angles.

  • Loosen the locking screw (44).
  • Pull the adjustable fence (31) all the way out.
  • Retighten the locking screw (44).

After sawing the bevel angles, slide the adjustable fence (31) back again (loosen the locking screw (44); slide the fence (31) completely inward; retighten the locking screw).
