Reliable flap discs offer professionals consistent stock removal and a good surface finish. We made our cost-effective, quality X451 Flap Disc to help metalworkers, renovators, constructors, and DIYers clean, grind, deburr, and finish workpieces with confidence.

Blue aluminium oxide grit and a stable fibreglass backing ensure the X451 is a reliable flap disc for steel, aluminium, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and wood. Use coarse grit (40) to remove stock and weld seams, medium grit (60-80) to deburr and remove rust, and fine grit (120) to clean and finish metal. Use finer grit (80-120) to remove weld seams, make repairs, and blend aluminium and stainless-steel workpieces or sand and clean wood.
