Please check in the settings on your iPhone / iPad whether the Bluetooth® permission for MeasureOn has been granted, which is a prerequisite for a successful connection. Go to “Settings” → “MeasureOn” → Enable Bluetooth.
It is also important that the connection is established directly in the MeasureOn app and not in the settings of your smartphone/tablet.
