Your repaired tool will normally be returned to you within three to maximum five working days.
You can decide if the tool is to be kept at the service centre and recycled there, or if you want it back.
No, but we proceed as follows:
if you have a warranty claim, your tool will of course be repaired free of charge.
On expiration of the warranty, you will receive a cost estimate.
You can send your faulty tool directly to our service centre. Alternatively, you can bring it to your local dealer.
The warranty on new goods is twelve months. We offer a six-month-warranty on rechargeable batteries and chargers. Customers are also given warranty cover on repaired tools.

Spare parts are essential parts of a power tool. They are basic equipment, without which it would not be possible to operate the tool.Spare parts include: toothed belts, screws, yokes and carbon brush sets.
Accessories are function-enhancing attachments or add-ons, without which a power tool still operates normally. Accessories include saw blades, cases, auxiliary handles, sanding paper and drill bits.
In the spare part catalogue you will find exploded pictorial views of all our tools from the last 25 years. Here you can easily identify the spare part you require. Keep the article number of the tool or its trade name ready to hand. To ensure that you quickly find the right spare part, you have to enter this number.
The prices for maintenance are dependent on the work required. This is why we can’t name a fixed price beforehand. For more information, please contact our Service Hotline.
Yes, disposal is free of charge.
In our calibration service brochure there is also a current price list.
At Bosch Power Tools, we can use an extensive logistics network and optimally organized service processes.
As with the repair, the calibration service also applies to the user having the device back in the normal way within five days at least.
The Bosch Calibration Service works independently from the brand.
