All cordless X-LOCK angle grinders are equipped with the extra fast breaking function “X-Brake”: this ensures that the disc halts within one second after each stop of the device – for increased user protection. Work is being done to find a corresponding solution for the corded angle grinders.
No, dust and dirt do not impair the X-LOCK mechanism. This was extensively tested under realistic conditions, as well as under extreme conditions in a dust chamber. Instructions for cleaning can be found in the operating instructions.

The X-LOCK System offers solutions for all cutting and grinding work: cutting and grinding discs, abrasives, support plates, wire brushes, as well as diamond drills and diamond cutting discs.
Seven corded and four cordless models will be available worldwide. There will also be over 130 accessories. The X-LOCK-System includes a complete system program with diameters of 115 and 125 mm.
