When sanding workpieces with flat surfaces as well as curves and edges you need a couple of different sanding blocks to have the right one for the shape you’re working on. We bonded the hard side and the soft side of the EXPERT M480 Dual Density Sanding Block together to make it simpler. You can use it for wet and dry low-dust sanding of surfaces as well as curves and edges.

The EXPERT M480 Dual Density Sanding Block is a versatile sanding block for sanding workpieces with complex shapes. It has a high-density side for sanding surfaces and a low-density side that adapts to curves and edges. Both sides use a hook and loop fabric so that you can attach and detach sanding sheets easily. Our Bosch Particle Control Technology ensures dust moves through the sanding net without clogging it.
