I am having problems with my Bosch GKF 12V-8 cordless router.  During operation, the switch moves by itself to the Off position.  For continued use, I have to keep my finger on the switch, or rig it with a rubber band.  This happens even at very low cutting depths and feed rates.  It is aggravated when I mount it upside down onto a mini router table.

I believe this is due to vibration. The thermal and ECP circuits still work.  But I dont think the switch latches on firmly.  I noticed that to activate the switch from Off to On, it takes about 5mm of switch travel.  But only 1mm is needed to go from On to Off.  Is there something wrong with my unit? or its really like that?
