What are the advantages of PRO360?

Inventory registration

Bosch Professional assets can be recorded easily through a type plate scan via a mobile app or by entering the tool data manually.

Assets from other manufacturers can also be added.

3 year guarantee registration

The guarantee for Bosch Professional tools and batteries can be extended to 3 years in the PRO360 app with just a few clicks. The guarantee certificate is saved in the PRO360 app, so it can be downloaded at any time.

Memo function

Comments can be added to the individual tools in order to store supplementary information.

Location determination

Add a location to the registered tools so that you can always find them, even with several different jobsites.The search function can be used to look for your tools through the stored location data.

Inventory numbers

An inventory number is automatically assigned during the registration process. However, this number can also be individually changed. The search function can be used to find tools through their inventory number.

Comprehensive search function

The search function (dealers can search for customers, based on the serial number, product name, category, inventory number or location) makes it very easy to keep track of the complete inventory and quickly find all the assets again. Even if you have extensive inventory lists.

NEW! Upload invoice

The invoices relating to the assets can be easily uploaded (in JPEG, PNG and PDF, max. 10 MB) so that all relevant information is in one place in a guarantee case.

NEW! Share asset lists

Assets created by the dealer can be shared in a just a few steps with the owner of the assets. Assets registered by the dealer can then also be seen at the customer. The requirement is that the customer must have a PRO360 account.


In a company account, the registered assets can be assigned to a staff member. In this way, it is always possible to keep track of which employee is using which asset. The search function can be used to search for assets based on the assigned employees.


Staff members with a PRO360 account can be added to a company account. This allows them to view the device list and make changes or assignments depending on their role.
