We made our cost-effective, quality X451 Flap Disc to help metalworkers, renovators, constructors, and DIYers grind, deburr, clean, and finish metal and wood workpieces with confidence. The set includes flap discs with the grit range from 40 to 120 to make sure you have all the flap discs you need to complete all standard tasks.

Blue aluminium oxide grit and a stable fibreglass backing ensure the X451 is a reliable flap disc for steel, aluminium, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and wood. Use coarse grit (40) to remove stock and weld seams, medium grit (60-80) to deburr and remove rust, and fine grit (120) to clean and finish metal. Use finer grit (80-120) to remove weld seams, make repairs, and blend aluminium and stainless-steel workpieces or sand and clean wood.
