Bosch Professional GSA 1100E Sabre Saw: Jammed blade with first use

I just bought a Bosch Professional GSA 1100E sabre saw and used it for the first time yesterday with a brand new Bosch 1531L blade. The saw worked fine but I was unable to remove the blade the holder after finishing. I removed the blade holder with the blade attached by unscrewing the small black bolt. Tried spraying it with penetrating oil but it still would not release it.

I'm unable to locate on the Bosch Professional website the warranty claims procedure. 

Can someone please advise.

Does the little blade release lever move at all (you push it toward the blade to release)? Very odd that you can't get it to budge at all if the release lever still moves. Perhaps the locking pin has broke, jamming the blade in? If that's the case ou've been very unlucky.
If you've just bought it, it could be you can return it to your place of purchase for an exchange.
Failing that you can arrange for Bosch to collect and repair the tool online HERE.
