Hello everyone! This is my first thread and concerns an old but very good cordless screwdriver. Having to replace the exhausted batteries, I had to open it and, being quite expert in small manual electrical and electronic work, I created a new battery pack (4) and I made the replacement. The problem in reassembling the tool was in the trigger device and safety lock, where I can no longer fix the springs that create the contact of the negative pole of the power supply. I tried in every possible way, following the logic of the operation, but I did not succeed. The Bosch service can not do anything because the PBM 4,8V is outdated and I'm sorry to throw it away, still being in very good general condition. Can someone help me by publishing a picture of the part that shows the correct positioning of the parts? Thanks in advance.

Yes Bob thank you,but my problem is how the trigger and lock components 27,28...are really placed. It seems obvious but not easy, like some part was lost (but I didn't loose anything!).There is also another little component in the locking switch not shown in the exploded view.I need a photo of this screwdriver open and not disassembled! very difficult..
Thank you!

Hi iggyboy,

Had a nice chat with the service people; unfortunately nobody who works in Bosch service has seen a PBM 4,8V in all their years of working there. They havent got any digital files apart from that service diagram I'm afraid.

Sorry I couldn't be more help,

Bob.
