Claiming your PRO Deal reward is simple and quick:

2. Register your purchased products and upload your proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt. This automatically registers your products in PRO360.

3. Provide the requested further information and select your desired reward from the available options.

Once your claim has been verified and confirmed, your reward will be shipped to you free of charge, along with a tracking code for your convenience.

Creating your SingleKey ID grants you access to PRO360, the official service app for Bosch Professional, available both as a desktop and mobile application. PRO360 allows you to register tools, extend product guarantee, and access various digital services.

A PRO360 profile simplifies participation in PRO Deals by automatically registering your products when you claim your reward, extending the guarantee of your tools. Your saved account information makes future PRO Deals participation quicker and more convenient. Additionally, your PRO360 profile helps you manage your tool inventory and benefit from other Bosch Professional digital services.

You are eligible to participate in the promotion after the purchase of one Bosch Professional accessories or hand tool set. “Sets” refers to pre-packaged combinations of two or more Bosch Professional Accessories or Hand Tools that are offered and sold as a single product under one common article number and at a single, uniform price. Individual products purchased separately — even if they are of the same type or category — as well as multipacks containing multiple identical items, shall not be considered a “Set” within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions. Sets of Batteries, chargers, L-BOXX carrying cases and tool bags, guides, stands, tripods, and tool system accessories are excluded from the promotional products, and their purchase cannot be used to claim a reward.

No, you can purchase the promoted product from any dealer or online retailer of your choice.

Most of our PRO Deals have a minimum purchase price. To be eligible, the price of the promoted product(s) must exceed the minimum purchase price listed on the PRO Deal page.

The good news is that you can combine multiple eligible products to meet the required minimum value. The only condition is that the total amount must appear on a single invoice, which you can then upload to claim your reward.

However, there are also offers that do not require a minimum purchase price. Please always check the specific terms and conditions of the offer for the current requirements.

No, to qualify for PRO Deals, you must purchase the promoted product(s) in the same participating country. See list of participanting countries.

You can select your reward once you've registered your purchased product for the first time. To do so, you'll need to provide the product number, serial number, article number, purchase price, and upload a proof of purchase.

It’s simple! After logging in, just follow the instructions. You can upload your invoice as a JPG, PNG, or PDF (max. one page, 10 MB). Make sure the invoice clearly displays the product, price, invoice date, and dealer name.

If you don’t have an invoice, you can upload a delivery note, receipt, or any other proof of purchase that includes the following information: product, price, date, and dealer.

Yes, you can. However, your purchase is only eligible for a reward if the actual net price you paid exceeds the required minimum purchase price.

In case a reward is displayed but blanked out, it means it has run out of stock.

You can check the current status of your PRO Deal reward claim directly in your PRO360 account, using the same login credentials as for PRO Deals. The claim status and claim ID are displayed on the asset detail page of the registered product for which the claim was submitted. For approved claims, the Bosch shipment order number will also be visible.

After submitting your reward claim, you will be informed by e-mail of every status update.

If you have registered in PRO360 as an indivdual user, you can claim maximum 2 rewards per PRO Deal campaign. As a company user you can claim up to 5 rewards per PRO Deals campaign.

If the products on a single invoice exceed one participation, you can upload the same invoice for additional claims, provided all other promotion criteria are met and you do not exceed the participation limits mentioned above. However, please note that each individual product on the invoice can only be used for one participation.
