PRO Deals is the official online rewards platform for Bosch Professional, with new deals and new rewards published every 4 months. All rewards are premium and chosen to expand your toolbag. More than 180,000 tradespeople have benefited from PRO Deals since 2020. PRO Deals is the best way to get more value for money with each Bosch Professional product you buy, and is an exciting way for you to get more new products at no extra cost.

Easy. It only takes 3 steps:

1. Log in with your Bosch ID here: Get my reward.

2. Register your purchased products and upload proof-of-purchase (e.g. invoice, receipt). This will automatically register your products in PRO360 as well.

3. You will be asked to enter the net prices of your purchase and then to choose your reward from a list.

After your claim has been verified and confirmed, your reward will be shipped to you. Shipping costs are on us and we will provide you the tracking code.

Creating your Bosch ID will give you access to PRO360, the official service app for Bosch Professional. PRO360 is available both as a desktop and mobile application, and allows you to register tools, extend product warranties or guarantees, and more.

Having a PRO360 profile makes it easier for you to participate in PRO Deals. When you register your purchases in PRO Deals to claim your reward, this automatically registers your products in PRO360 as well and extends the guarantee of your tools. As your account information has been saved, you won't have to re-enter your information, making it easier for you to participate in future PRO Deals. Your PRO360 profile lets you make use of our other convenient digital services, such as keeping track of your tool inventory.

If you already have a Bosch ID, you can log into your PRO360 profile using the same account information. If you don't have a Bosch ID, you can simply register a new account. It's free and only takes a few clicks.

The PRO360 app is a helpful way for you to keep track of other digital services, such as your registered list of tools and the extension of your tools' guarantees.

For our team to approve your reward claim, the minimum purchase price for each reward must be met. You can find all information on the minimum purchase price and other relevant terms and conditions clearly stated on the page of each PRO Deal.

Yes. After you have submitted your PRO Deal reward claim, you can easily extend your purchased product's warranty in the next step. Please note the purchased product must eligible for the extended guarantee in the first place.

Most of our PRO Deals run for 4 months at a time. You must purchase the promoted product(s) during this period for your purchase to be eligible to claim your reward(s).

No. You can buy the promoted product from any dealer or even online retailer.

Yes. Most of our PRO Deals come with a minimum purchase price. Your purchase is only eligible for PRO Deals if the price of the promoted product exceeds the minimum purchase price as listed on that PRO Deals page.

The good news is: If you buy several tools at a time, you can redeem a reward for each tool as long as each tool's purchase price meets the required minimum value. If multiple tools are listed on the same invoice, you can upload the same invoice to register each tool separately.

No. To qualify for a PRO Deal, you must purchase the promoted product in the same participating country. See list of participanting countries.

You can only select your reward after you have registered your purchased tool for the first time. Simply provide the product number, serial number, article number, purchase price and upload a proof-of-purchase.

It's easy. Simply follow the instructions after logging in. Your invoice can be uploaded as JPG, PNG or a PDF (max. one page, 10 MB). The invoice must clearly show the product, price, invoice date and dealer name.

If you don't have an invoice, you can upload a delivery note, receipt, or any proof-of-purchase that contains all the following information: Product, price, date and dealer.

Yes. However, your purchase is only eligible for a reward if the actual net price you paid exceeds the required minimum purchase price.

If your selected reward runs out, it will be shipped to you as soon as it is available again. This can take up to 3 months in exceptional cases.

After submitting your reward claim, you will be informed by e-mail of every status update.

Business customers may claim an unlimited number of rewards during each PRO Deal period. Individual private customers can claim up to 3 rewards for each PRO Deal period.
