This IEC EN 61243-3:2014-compliant tester indicates the absence of voltage even when batteries are discharged. Convenient and versatile, the EXPERT EXVT1000-17 tests continuity and diodes, performs frequency, resistance and low voltage measurements, and offers a Hold and Mute function.
