Diamond cutting discs are strong enough to cut steel and cast iron effectively, but they are often excessively loud. The EXPERT Metal Diamond Cutting Disc delivers powerful cutting performance with much less noise, helping you reduce strain on the jobsite.

The EXPERT Metal Diamond Cutting Disc is made using Bosch Diamond Technology for exceptional strength and durability. Thanks to the specially designed cutouts filled with heat-resistant silicon, it cuts with less noise. The disc’s cutting edge is made from high-quality, uniform diamond grits fixed to the steel body. This means the disc lasts longer than even the best bonded discs and maintains a constant cutting depth and speed throughout its lifetime. Plus, it doesn’t shatter when you drop it and produces no chemical smell or extra dust when you cut. The EXPERT Metal is not suitable for cutting aluminium, concrete, or stone.
